I have already submitted this problem to you, but haven't received any answer. The masking function where I use the tool to demarcate the picture or area that I want to mask functions. However, when I use the shift key and bitmap to extract the picture it messes up everything. The procedure is quite simple so there must be something wrong. Can you please assist?

I have downloaded Real Draw Pro 5.2.4 and during my evaluation have determined that the masking is not possible. I am quite familiar with Real Draw Pro. While the other functions which I have tested are fine, masking, which is quite a simple procedure to follow, is not functional. Can you please assist?

There are two cases for this issue: it can be a limitation of the evaluation version of the software or you are using wrong image types to apply the masking functions.
Note: I have installed the application and all the functions are working just fine. Try to open a Bitmap image and then assign breakpoints. The Mask function is not available until all conditions are met. Press F1 and search for Mask because everything is explained in terms of Mask and Mask Transparency.
